Once you have placed your order, we'll ship the package as soon as possible. Orders within the Netherlands which are ordered before 16:00 will be delivered the next working day. Delivering to other countries then the Netherlands in Europe will be delivered within 3 workingdays.

Shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium will be shipped by Post NL. Shipments to other countries within Europe will be shipped by B2C Europe.
You can follow the status of your order using the Track & Trace code.The Track & Trace code will be send to you by e-mail.


Returning

Bought items may be returned 14 days after the purchase.
Personalised Items are non-returnable.
